26.10.2009: Russian shareholders Gazprom and Gazprombank increased Belgazprombank’s authorized capital by USD 75,000,000
Belgazprombank’s authorized capital was increased by BYR 207,6 bln, the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus concluded the registration of the respective amendments to Belgazprombank’s Charter. As a result, Belgazprombank’s authorized capital grew from BYR 218,6 bln to BYR 426,2 bln., with equity achieving the new height over half a trillion Belarusian roubles. more
